Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Nature of Services

Infotales provides academic consultancy, data analysis, and editing support. Our materials are intended to serve as model papers or reference documents. We do not support academic dishonesty. Clients are expected to use our work as a guide to produce their own final submissions in accordance with their university's integrity policies.

2. Revisions & Refunds

Revisions: We offer free revisions for 14 days after delivery if the work deviates from the original instructions. New instructions will incur an extra fee.
Refunds: Refunds are processed only if we fail to deliver the project or if the analysis is technically incorrect. Subjective grading (e.g., "My supervisor didn't like the topic") is not grounds for a refund.

3. Copyright & Ownership

Upon full payment, the rights to the delivered document are transferred to the client. However, Infotales retains the right to use non-confidential snippets (anonymized) for portfolio purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.

Disclaimer: While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific grades (e.g., "A+"). Academic grading is subjective and depends on your defense and overall performance.
